I decided to give this case a try for my new Playsport because I didn’t want to wait for the other one and the price was exactly right. I was a little skeptical that the video camera would fit when I saw it online; then, when I got it in the mail, I thought “It’s never going to fit in there!” I was really surprised that it fit PERFECTLY!
Now, if you need a case to fit all (or even some of) the cords and wires, this isn’t for you. I have a great big Canon case that I use for all that (with my Canon XSi in it). I just wanted a small softcase that would protect and hold my Kodak Playsport so I could keep it in my purse. This is the perfect case for that purpose!

Just received the case it is fairly compact. Roomy enough to carry camera and many essential components. I carry an extra charged battery, the stereo microphone by sony and connecting cord, and the mini tripod. I do appreciate the case as it is sturdy and can be snapped onto belt like a pack or use the wrist strap. Overall it helps keep truly necessary accessories collected in one place. The one down side is not being able to place the wall charger and cord in pack if other accessories are also included unless much care is take in the packing of items. I suggest that some securing velcro straps be added to the net pocket side of the case these would help keep cords from tangling. Rikk

My camera (Kodak EasyShare Z1485 IS) fits in the case, but just barely. So far it has provided adequate padding to protect it in my backpack.

This case is very well made and is the perfect fit for the playsport along with an extra battery and extra sd card. Not much room for anything else, but really with the playsport what else do you want to carry. The little interior pocket for small accessories is the perfect place for the battery and card. Even better it’s a fantastic price for an original kodak accessory, typically at this price the best you could hope for is a knock off. The case is just a touch too small for the pocket tripod, but if it had room for that the camera might shift around a bit too much if the tripod weren’t in there.
